A photographic visit to Plovdiv Food Park Festival in 2023: shaded paths, outdoor food stalls, cooks working over smoky grills and the details on the serving counter.
The gallery moves from the setting and its visitors to the people preparing the food, then closer to the grills, flatbreads and vegetables. It is a record of that visit, not a current festival announcement or a restaurant guide.
