License a photo online
Most photographs on this site can be licensed straight away at pro.damirissimo.com. Pick a photo, choose an Editorial, Standard or Extended licence, pay by card or PayPal, and download the high-resolution file with its licence certificate right after payment. While reading a story here, you can also tap the + License button on any photo that is for sale.
Copyright and ownership
All original photographs and visual work remain the copyright of @damirissimo. Publishing an image on this website does not place it in the public domain or grant an automatic licence to copy, download, republish or reuse it.
What you may do without asking
You may view the work on this website, share a direct link to a page, and use the sharing controls provided by the site. Where a specific page explicitly offers a personal download or wallpaper, you may use it only for the purpose and under the conditions stated on that page.
Uses that require written permission
Ask before downloading, reproducing, reposting, publishing, distributing, selling, printing, modifying or incorporating any image into another work. Permission is also required for websites, social-media uploads, editorial use, advertising, promotion, merchandise, broadcast, exhibitions, presentations, client work, datasets, facial-recognition systems, or AI and machine-learning training.
Credit is not permission
Crediting @damirissimo or linking to the website is appreciated when a licence permits use, but credit alone does not replace permission. Do not remove watermarks, copyright notices or other attribution attached to an image.
Requesting a licence
For a photo listed at pro.damirissimo.com, the licence is issued with a certificate as soon as the payment goes through. For anything else, use the Contact page and include the page or image URL, the intended use, your name or organisation, the media and platform, territory, duration, expected audience, whether the use is commercial, and any deadline. A licence exists only when the scope and terms have been confirmed in writing or issued with a certificate.
People, places and third-party rights
A licence for a photograph covers only the photographer’s copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may still need separate permission from identifiable people, performers, venues, artists, brands or other rights holders shown in the work.
